We have one goal in mind have our players play at the next level.

Our coaches have over 40 years of coachig experienced combined at different levels of high school. We started off as small organization focused on developing . We have then grown into 5 teams from 9th graders up to Juco players.

FOUNDER AND HEAD COACH

DERRICK ESPINOZA

Coach Derrick has over 20 years of coaching experience. He was the frosh/soph coach at Hawthorne High, then head JV and the assistant varsity under Jeff Hines. He won the league at the JV level. He then transitions to North after taking a brief break from coaching hs and helped lead North High frosh team win league . He is now back at North

JESSE MIJARES

Coach Jesse has over 20 years of experience as a catching coach. He has coached in California as well as in Texas where he ha helped many programs succeed. He most recently was the head varsity coach at Hawthorne High where he won a league title for the first time in over 20 years. He now is a coach at Culver City High school

JULIAN RODRIGUEZ

Coach Julian attended El Segundo High School wehere he started on Varsity for 3 years. He currently is still playing at Harbor Community College. Coach Julian is another of our catching coaches and also strength and conditioning . Coach Julian is all conference at Harbor.

Coach Omar

Omar Castaneda more than 5+ years of baseball coaching experience. He has privately coached all levels of players from LL/ travel ball and to the college level and specializing in Hitting, Fielding/Throwing, Infield, and pitching.

Coach Ryan

Coach Noah

Ryan is best known for his defensive capabilities, speed on the base path, and a vocal leader as a baseball player. With a little over a decade of experience playing baseball, Ryan has gained valuable experience and worked closely with strength and agility coaches to make baseball players a better athlete overall. Currently, Ryan is playing in a collegiate/adult league in San Diego. He is also studying at San Diego State University as an undergraduate student earning his degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy. Ryan plans to use his education as a Physical Therapist and specialize in rehabilitation for baseball athletes.

Coach Noah has been playing baseball for 15 years now. He has also coached for multiple teams in Riviera Little League and the travel ball team South Bay Tsunami. Coach Noah played baseball in HS where in his senior year, he put up a 1.79 ERA across 31.1 IP with a .183 Opponent BA and a .248 Opponent OBP. He currently is attending California State University along Beach studying math. Coach Noah is also currently playing baseball under the collegiate club baseball team at CSULB. His goal is to one day coach for a HS team where he can specialize in developing pitchers.
